What kind of photo works best?
A front-facing photo of your pet, ideally sitting and showing some or all of their body below the neck.
The photo should be high resolution – most photos taken by a smartphone should work.
If your photo doesn’t meet all of these suggestions, send it in and I’ll let you know if I can work with it!
